FORMER MP, EMMANUEL ZUMAKPEE DONATES TO NDC



On 28th June, 2020, the party Zongo Cuacus Coordinator, comrade Malik  led a delegation to the constituency to meet Moslems at some major communities.

The Caucus donated a total of 50 mats and 250 ablution cans. The beneficiary communities included: Bussie, Fian, Owlo, Issa, Kojokperi, Tabiasi and Sazie.

The items were donated to the party through the Zongi caucus by Hon Emmmanuel Zumakpee, former Member of Parliament fof the constituency who is now the party's administrator at the party headquarters, as part of his commitment to supplement the work of the party.

Speaking to the Moslem leaders after the donation, the zongo caucus, urged all to continue to pray the country and the NDC. He again called on leaders to mobilise their people to register massively in the coming voter compilation exercise.

The former District Chief Executive who was part of the delegation, also called on the people to pray for the NDC for victory 2020. According to him, the NDC believe that spiritual guidance is necessary going into the elections.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Moslems group, Alhaji Kassim thank the party for the kind gesture and advised the party to continue to keep the good relationship with the Moslems. He assured the party that they will pray for the party to win the upcoming elections. He again praised the MP, Hon Sebastian Sandaare who has performed excellently in his few years in Parliament. Comparing the work of the MP to what the government has done for Fian in particular, he said the MP deserves another resounding victory.

The rest of the delegation included; Titus Kantubogi, deputy constituency Secretary and Boye Philip, constituency organizer.
