NDC, DBI Easter Message to Constituents
NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS, DBI
COMMUNICATION BUREAU
12th April, 2020
COMMEMORATION OF THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST, OUR SOLIDARITY MESSAGE
At the behest of the Constituency Executive Committee, the Member of Parliament, Hon Sebastian Sandaare, the Communication Bureau on the occasion of Easter which is celebrated across the globe, extent to all constituents, particularly all Christians, a message of good will, hope and solidarity.
The Bureau considers this day a special day in many respects.
Firstly, it is a day of many moral lessons emanating from the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. These lessons are significantly important in the moral growth and development of all Christians. We know the moral society holds an essential stake in the progress and prosperity of our larger Ghanaian society.
Secondly, we believe it is a day to demonstrate love, compassion and forgiveness. These are equally important in every social context and we urge all constituents to ensure that we continue to consolidate the unity, peace and tranquility we have been enjoying in the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa Constituency.
We do appreciate that we are in an era of excruciating hardships occasioned by the incompetence, ineptitude and insensitiveness of the current NPP government and escalated by the global pandemic (covid-19).
We congratulate all for the endurance so far and pray that God will continue to give us strength and patience to walk through the storm.
What we can lucidly assure you is that the National Democratic Congress shall salvage this country when the party is returned to power in 2021. Let's all trust and believe in the vision of the NDC who believes in your welfare.
We need everybody and soul to vote for John Dramani Mahama as the next president and retain Hon Sebastian Sandaare to continue his magical works in championing development as our Member of Parliament.
Do remember, covid-19 is real and dangerous.
